Bottom Bracket Type - Both the Henderson and BOW bottom bracket width are 100mm, the shell is a Euro threaded type, not press fit. You can fit either 24 or 30mm crank types. Below is a list of cranks and bottom brackets.

Headsets -
The Henderson headtube internal size is
Top = 44mm
Lower is 49mm.
This headset fits along with others of this size.
The BOW headtube is
Top = IS41
Lower = IS52
